From Community Accountability to Building Safer Digital Systems: Your First Look at QT Qonference 2026
Canada’s largest 2SLGBTQI+ tech conference is back!
On November 18 and 19, QueerTech is bringing together founders, executives, investors, tech professionals, nonprofit leaders, students, and community members at Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto for QT Qonference 2026. Featuring two days of programming centred around the question: Who Gets to Trust AI?
Following this year’s theme, Power, Participation, & Accountability, we will build upon who is building AI systems and dive deeper into what is shaping this technology, who benefits from it, and who holds responsibility if/when models, systems and organizations fail.
Expect keynotes from some of Canada's most influential voices, expert-led panels and technical talks, interactive workshops you can apply to your work immediately, and real networking supported by our Ask & Offers that spur introductions into meaningful outcomes.
This year also marks the debut of OutPitch, QT Qonference's first-ever pitch competition, where 10 companies will be selected to pitch directly to investors on the QT Qonference stage!
